Frequently Asked Questions and responses

If you have forgotten your password you can request a new password and then change it to a password of your choice.  The steps involved are describe below:

Step 1 - Click on the 'Request new password' link in the Logon Block and you will be taken to the screen shown in step 2 below.

Step 2 - Enter your email address, the two words that are displayed in the Captcha text box and then click Save.  If you are not able to see what those words are you can click on one of the three icons to the right of the two words to display another two words, have them spoken to you or display some help text.

Once you click the 'Save' button you will receive an email containing a 'one time' logon link to the website sent to the address that you have entered.  If you do not receive the email within a few minutes check your Junk email folder.

Step 3 - Click on the link in the email and you will be logged onto the site and the screen shown in the next step will be displayed. Password reset email  
Step 4 - Click on the 'Log in' link and a screen will be displayed to enable you to enter and confirm a new password as shown in step 5. Reset password screen

Step 5 - Enter a password of your choice and then enter the same password again to confirm that you have entered your password correctly. From now on you will be able to logon to the website using your email address and new password.

Change your password

To edit your default email address and/or password you must be logged onto the website. Then please click on 'My Account', followed by the 'Edit' tab.  You will then be able to change your 'account' or 'member details'.

To change your default email address and/or your password click on the 'account' tab. If you wish to change any of your personal details, please click on the "member details' tab and proceed to make your changes.  Fields that are marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Once you have made your changes and clicked the 'Save' button your changes will be immediately reflected in our database.

To see your membership status, newsletter groups and payments that you have made you must first logon to the website and then click on the 'My Dashboard' menu entry.

In addition to viewing your newsletter subscriptions, payments and membership details you will be able to subscribe/unsubscribe to Harlequin Newsletters and renew your membership.

If you would like to be included on the mailing list to receive the Harlequin Newsletter just click on this link and follow the on screen prompts.

Please do not email us and ask to be included in the mailing list since we prefer that you register on the Quins website yourself to ensure that the information you provide is accurate and that we have your explicit permission to send emails to you.
