Saturday Lunch
(Box Hill match - 25th June, 2010)
Tim North the VRU President has agreed to be our special speaker for this Saturday’s lunch at the Club. Also our Fines Master is back on deck hungry for action. It will be most memorable indeed so if you have not RSVP’d to Corpus could you now kindly do so, so that we can organize the quality reds and tucker. We encourage you to bring a guest or two.
The match is against Box Hill in the battle for 2nd and 3rd position.
As usual the cost is $35 plus wine with all proceeds going to The Player Benefit Fund. In the bar at 12.00pm for 12.45.pm.

Wallabies & Quins!
(Correction of the date)
The Wallabies will be training at Ashwood on the afternoon of Monday 26 July (and not 22nd July as stated in the last newsletter) in preparation for the Bledisloe Cup match. The complete squad will train on our field from 3.30 - 4.30pm and will then make themselves available to sign autographs, give away showbags, etc from 4.30 - 5.00pm. There will be a free barbecue and a skills session conducted by the VRU for junior players. It promises to be a great afternoon for our Club!
Harlequin Juniors Cocktail Party
 Come and join members and friends of the Harlequin Juniors at a cocktail party in the clubrooms. Tickets are available now from team managers.

Trentham Golf Day and BBQ lunch at the Capeners
 The next Harlequin Golf Day is scheduled for Sunday 11th July at the Trentham Golf Club. The Capeners have invited all players to join them for a BBQ lunch after the golf at their home in Trentham. The course is one of the prettiest country courses with some challenging holes close to water. It is always a most enjoyable day. Click here to see the details of the day.
